1st - Pre-heat the oven to 375 degree F., 2nd - Put 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 T. chocolate chips in a bowl., 3rd - Mix the ingredients., 4th - Fill cupcake pan with batter., 5th - Put the mix in the oven., 6th - Eat them with friends., 7th - Bring a birthday treat to school.,
