1) I am stupid. 2) I always make mistakes. 3) I can't do this, it's too hard.  4) I don't feel like I'm good enough. 5) Everything has to be perfect or else I'll fail. 6) Sometimes I feel like I'm too different from everyone else. 7) This looks too complicated, I don't want to try it. 8) No one else struggles like I do, it's not fair. 9) I'm going to disappoint everyone. 10) I'm not going to do a good job anyways, why bother trying. 11) I've tried this already and didn't do a good job. 12) I hate myself. 13) No one cares. 14) I didn't do this perfectly now everything is ruined. 15) Everyone probably thinks that I'm weird.
