1) Chapter has had representatives at a Boule within the last six years 2) Chapter officers are elected in November and installed in December 3) Chapter files with the Regional Director, for review and approval, two copies of chapter bylaws. 4) Chapter files two copies of subsequent changes to chapter bylaws with the Regional Director for review and approval 5) Chapter conducts at least one meeting per month except during the summer months (July and August) 6) Chapter has consistently met three consecutive months between September and June (face-to-face meeting). 7) Chapter sponsors activities which interpret, implement, and support the Program of the Sorority.* 8) Does your chapter have a strategic plan? 9) Has the chapter established short-term operational goals? 10) Has the chapter established long-term operational goals? 11) Chapter observes Founders' Day annually (January, February, or March). 12) Chapter attended Founders’ Day sponsored by another chapter 13) Graduate chapters sponsoring an undergraduate chapter(s) have at least two has joint meetings (2) with the undergraduate chapter. 14) What type of activities are held during the joint meetings? Constitution and Bylaws, Article III, Section 19, Page 24 describes the joint meetings. 15) Chapter meets minimum requirements for elected officers as required by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Bylaws. 16) The chapter has performed an internal audit as prescribed in the Fiscal Fitness Guide for Chapter Financial Operations. 17) The chapter has performed an external audit as prescribed in the Fiscal Fitness Guide for Chapter Financial Operations.
