They didn't notify us about the flight time change and we missed it!, The hotel and its facilities were wonderful! but the room service was awful., My trip to Brazil was amazing! even though I got lost the very first day., I waited for more than an hour and my luggage never arrived. They say they lost it! Unbelievable!, Everything was perfect until I got an emergency call that made me go back home.,
