Start CPR, don't shock, Ventricular Fibrillation: Ventricles are shaking, no cardiac output, Shaky ventricles, CPR and give Amiodarone, SHOCK, Ventricular Tachycardia: if they have this with a pulse, amiodarone then cardioversion, if they have this without a pulse, meds and defibrillation, Wide bizzare QRS, looks like headstones, give amiodarone, Bradycardia: Atropine (if symptomatic), Pacemaker if medications don't work, Atrial Fibrillation: Common complication after CABG, Atria is shaking, risk for clots, not a shockable rhythm, 3rd Degree (complete) Heart Block: Atria and ventricles not communicating, poor cardiac output, transcutaneous pacing & dopamine /epi until a pacemaker can be put in,
