Haudenosaunee: Had five nations including the Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga and Seneca , Lived in Northen and Central NY , Ate crops called the three sisters (corn, beans, squash) , Most clothes made out of deerskin , Lived in longhouses , Used tools made out of bone , Played a lot of lacrosse , Algonquian : Tribes included Mahicans, Shinnecock, Lenni Lenape , Lived in the Hudson River Valley & Long Island , Moved as animals moved and hunted moose, deer & bears , Everyone wore moccasins, Lived in temporary wigwams , Used items from the environment to create new things , Played games like Tug of War, and wrestled and did archery , Both Tribes : Believed in the importance of storytelling , Used bows and arrows , Hunted and fished , Believed in respect for living things ,
