1) My friend is afraid of dogs, but his little daughter is asking him to get one. He doesn’t want to disappoint her. 2) My friend saw her colleague stealing some money at work. This colleague is her boss. 3) My friend is sick, but really wants to go to a concert of his favourite band. 4) I told all my friends I was a fantastic cook, but in reality I can’t even boil an egg. Now they’re all coming to dinner to my house. 5) My friend is 25 and wants to live by himself. His mom is against it and is asking him to stay. He loves his mom dearly, but needs his space. 6) I have a cup similar to my colleague’s, so she often uses it. I find it disgusting, but I'm too afraid to tell her. 7) My buddy really likes one girl, but is too shy to talk to her. 8) There are a lot of people who leave negative comments under my Instagram posts. It really upsets me. 9) I really like travelling, but because of coronavirus we can't leave the country. Where should i go?
