1) A child walks into your room and will not make eye contact or speak to you during threshold. a) Don't ask questions. b) Get angry with them because they are not following threshold protocol. c) Ignore the behavior. d) Find time immediately to ask questions and inquire what is wrong. 2) You let some kids get away with talking back and being disrespectful but not all and your expectations change from day to day or even minute to minute.  a) SUPER idea! b) No bueno.. Fix this ASAP. 3) Kids do not need supervision if they are in a group. a) False b) True 4) When kids are not engaged they never get into any trouble. a) My classroom is full of Angles and this never happens. b) Unstructured class time leads to behavior issues. 5) I should expect my students to know my expectations without explaining it to them or modeling my expectations. a) Duh b) What is modeling? c) No way, JOSE!!
