وَالنَّجْمِ - By the star, ضَلَّ - strayed, صَاحِبُكُمْ - Your companion, يَنطِقُ - he speak, الْهَوَى - desire, وَحْيٌ - revelation, عَلَّمَهُ شَدِيدُ الْقُوَى - He has been taught (this Quran) by one mighty in power (Angel Jibrael ), بِالأُفُقِ الأَعْلَى - the highest part of the horizon, كَذَبَ الْفُؤَادُ ما - The heart did not lie , سِدْرَةِ - The Lote Tree, الْمُنتَهَى - the utmost boundary (beyond which none can pass), جَنَّةُ الْمَأْوَى - the Garden of Abode, زَاغَ الْبَصَرُ - The sight (of Prophet Muhammad SAW) turned not aside (right or left), وَمَا طَغَى - transgressed beyond the limit, آيَاتِ رَبِّهِ - the Signs of his Master, الْكُبْرَى - The greatest,
