How can you branch out over the course of the rest of the year? 3) Consider your work to date. What has been your biggest success? What is your best hunch as to why it was so successful? 4) Whether you are currently coaching, or only planning your coaching program, what steps will you take to be sure you give the teachers the "gift of reflection"?
