סְלִיחָה - sorry, שָׁנָה טוֹבָה וּמְתוּקָה - Happy sweet new year, חֶשְׁבּוֹן הַנֶּפֶשׁ - searching inside yourself for mistakes or poor choices you've madeLooking inside to check in one , תְּשׁוּבָה - admitting to your mistakes and asking for forgiveness, תְּפִלָּה - prayers (lots of prayers asking God to judge you fairly), צְדָקָה - tzedakah helps us start our year off right, לְהַדְלִיק נֵר שֶׁל יוֹם טוֹב - candle blessing for a Yom Tov (Holy Day), תְּקִיעָה - 1 blast of the shofar, שְׁבָרִים - 3 short blasts of the shofar, תְּרוּעָה  - 9 short blasts of the shofar, שׁוֹפָר - a ram's horn that is blown as a wakeup call to admit to our mistakes, say sorry and ask for forgiveness, תְּקִיעָה גְּדוֹלָה - one long shofar blast, תַּפּוּחִים וּדְבַשׁ - apples and honey for a sweet new year, חַלָּה עֲגֻלָּה - round challah representing the cycle of the year, לִסְלֹחַ - to forgive (notice the Shoresh is the same as סליחה), רֹאשׁ שֶׁל דָּג - head of a fish- we should be leaders not followers, רִמּוֹן - Pomegranate- 613 seeds inside representing the 613 mitzvot in the Torah, אָבִינוּ מַלְכֵּנוּ - Avinu Malkeinu, the most well-known prayer, admitting to God we have made mistakes andsking God to judge us fairly, לִשְׁמֹעַ קוֹל שׁוֹפָר - the blessing/Mitzvah of shofar is to HEAR it, not blow it, so everyone can fulfill the mitzvah,
