NS - The renewal has non-standard policy data that has been downloaded into the Renewal System. The RSR should view log errors to identify what renewal data needs to be corrected before proceeding with the renewal., WI - The renewal system generated a letter requesting additional information to process the renewal. The information is needed before proceeding with the renewal., PD - There is a problem with the policy data that was downloaded into the system. These types of renewals typically can be fixed by viewing the log errors. On occasion these must be manually worked outside of the system., DL - The policy data has been downloaded into the Renewal System from ARDIS, as the group will soon be up for renewal. The RSR can begin processing the renewal in the system., QE - The Plan design has been loaded into the Quote Engine or the manual rating has been completed. The system automatically places the renewal into this status once the renewal process is started., RW - The Renewal Rate has been calculated based off of the Quote Engine manual rate and loss ratio. The system automatically places the renewal into this status during the renewal process., RR - The Renewal Process is complete and the letter can be sent to the broker and the group outlining the new Renewal Rate. The system automatically places the renewal into this status when the rates have been generated and the renewal process is complete., CM - The renewal has been Completed and the rates have been updated or transferred to ARDIS. The system automatically places the renewal into this status when the rate transfer to ARDIS is complete.,
